6. Employer Responsibilities

- Not to charge illegal fees from candidates

7. Job Seeker Responsibilities
- To provide accurate educational and professional information
- Not to misrepresent skills or experience
- To independently verify employer credibility before accepting offers

8. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
- Any paid services, subscriptions, or featured listings will be clearly mentioned on the platform.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
- HireColony reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
